For this hotel a new Era has begun: The use of the former Ballroom of this historic Hotel was discontinued after “The Turning Point” (following the former two Germanies reunification); it is now being refurbished with the remainder of the building into a municipal event centre at the start of this process, the existing ceiling was rehabilitated with a TCC ceiling system - this improved its vibration characteristics and increased its fire resistance.
